Summer Student Position
This position will provide opportunities for local youth to gain experience working in early intervention with children who have developmental delays. Working at our non-profit Child Development Centre will also allow them to explore future career paths.
Anticipated Start Date: Monday May 11, 2020
Duration: up to 16 weeks
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm up to 37.5 hours per week
Days: Monday thru Friday
0.6 FTE Physiotherapist
We are looking for a 0.6 FTE Physiotherapist to begin February 1, 2020. This staff member will work under the direction of the Therapy Program Supervisor and as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes another Physiotherapist. We serve preschool-aged children with special needs. A Degree in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with CPTBC is required. Pediatric experience is an asset. Salary and benefits are competitive as per the Paramedical Professional Collective Agreement.

AUTISM SERVICES PROGRAM: Casual Behaviour Interventionist
Minimum qualifications for this position are a high school diploma plus experience working with children. (Experience with children with ASD and related disorders would be preferred.)
This position requires travel within Vernon and district. All candidates must have a valid class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
